SALES TAX:
So far we need only charge sales tax for any state in which we have an actual physical presence--- an office or store or warehouse. Since at present that is only New Jersey, we need to charge the required 6% NJ State Sales Tax to all orders being shipped to a New Jersey address. Other than that the rest of you are off the hook, for now. 

SHIPPING:
Shipping, given the number of methods available these days, box sizes and weights, postal zones, etc. is a complex formula. Of course, shipping costs also have to include the price of the box, packing materials, and all that. 

Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground, which generally offers the best prices, insurance and tracking ability. We use other methods as necessary or desirable.

Until such time as we have precise shipping weights for each of our 3000 products, we will be using the traditional method-- a standard merchandise cost to shipping table. This method should even out across the board and provide reasonable shipping rates for you, and hopefully cover our actual shipping costs. If we see that your order requires a special shipping adjustment we'll take that into account and subsequently offer a credit or some such.  Some oversize or heavy items require additional shipping as stated in the specific product description.

Shipping Point of Origin

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of our vast number of products, many of our items are not held in inventory at present. Some products will ship from us, some products will be coming to you directly from the manufacturer, and others may need to be shipped to us and then reshipped to you. If you need something in a hurry, let us know and we'll let you know if it's possible and what it will cost. 


RETURNS

We will accept returns for seven days after you receive your order for damages or defects only. We will replace or refund as desired. After seven days you must rely on the manufacturer’s own warrantee and return instructions, if there is one. You must call us at 877-ALL FOOLS or e-mail us at fooleryshoppe@jestmaster.com within seven days of receipt of your order with an explanation of the problem.  We will give you a return authorization.  No returns will be accepted without authorization.

If you ordered the wrong thing (size, model number, color, etc.) we will try to accommodate you if we can, by exchanging for the appropriate version. This depends entirely on the specific product type and manufacturer. If  they’ll play ball, so can we.  If not, well... basically it was your mistake and you’re stuck with it.  Please read all product descriptions carefully and specify the appropriate options!
